There's a time to play and there's a time to sleep

At 6 months, Karyn loves to do her pull-ups on the railing of her cot. Eventually, she got more and more daring, starting to let go of her hands. And as expected, she'd lose her balance and plop onto her backside. However, that does not deter her from executing the feat again. So every day, she gets to strengthen her arms and legs by doing such exercises. No wonder she is not as chubby as other babies. I think the energy she expends is more than that she consumes...

Exercising away while waiting for Mummy and Daddy to get ready to go out. So energetic.
