Have you ever seen netted mittens? Or bootees?

Amongst the many stuff that Mother-in-law gave on Sunday, I found this 'rare specimen'.

Hands up, anyone who has seen netted mittens and bootees.

I bet not many people has seen them before. I was so amused by them...

Hmm.. maybe it's good for times when Karyn tries to put her hand in her mouth and ends up wetting the mittens. The net will allow the mittens to dry in no time. As for the bootees, hmm... Why the need for netted ones? Perhaps just to match the mittens? Hehe...
